My numbers have been a lot higher than normal! I live in a rural area and my sleep doctor left. I am using a BiPap and my settings are at 12 and 5. I've tried adjusting them, using the humidifier, etc. I'm starting to get worried. I tried to attach my sleep report but it says invalid file extension....

No EPR. Settings are 10-15, adjusting automatically during the night. I will look at the link you provided. Thanks

Hi everyone! Lately I have been experiencing terrible gas pains the next morning after using my cpap machine, even with low AHI. The last straw was when it lasted 2 hours and I couldn't even stand up straight....work that morning was awful! Finally after 3 different anti gas treatments, it subsided....

Lights are out at 10pm and I get up for work at 5:45am. I usually wake up around 4am and take my mask off....I just really want to sleep on my belly for the last hour or so This is a habit I need to break and then maybe my tiredness will go away *wishful thinking

It looks good when you are using it. It looks like most months you only use it between 1/2 and 2/3's of the nights. What is getting in your way of using it more often? Hi, a couple of things - are you not using software to track things?
