Re: Waking at 3 PM, taking clonazepam

http://www.cpaptalk.com/download/file.php?avatar=72239_1405956397.jpg you're using a lousy (cheap) CPAP because it does not provide data of your treatment. Any chances that you could change it to S9 Elite? In my case the DME did the same trick and gave the S9 Escape. But after I asked them to take ...

Re: Waking at 3 PM, taking clonazepam

Sounds like a good plan! Hope it works. I sure hear you about waking up and not being able to get back to sleep! The mind starts to worry about all kinds if things! Try not to get too worried if the "getting back to sleep" problem happens once in a while. You will get back on track! Thanks for the ...

Re: Waking at 3 PM, taking clonazepam

I have been taking clonazepam now for 2 1/2 weeks. Mr Dr has me taking it 1/2 hour before bed. I also am having problems with stress and such in fact I am up sleepwalking which I have never done before. He thinks maybe I am acting out my dreams. With it I am only getting up 1 time a night now so it...

Re: Waking at 3 PM, taking clonazepam

I went to get a 9 pm last night and slept til 4 am, which is an improvement. I am at my best if I sleep between 8 & 9 hours per night. Also, no clonazepam at 4 am. Taking it now, at 5:45 am, now that I am up for the day. I can't be sure, but I suspect the increase in anxiety I have experienced over ...

Re: Waking at 3 PM, taking clonazepam

Do you actually go to bed at 8? Because if so, you're getting 7 hrs of sleep (until 3), which is quite normal! Or did I miss something else? No, I don't fall asleep until close to 9 pm. I am just to tired that I lie in bed, listening to the TV in the next room until it gets turned off when my husba...

Re: Waking at 3 PM, taking clonazepam

I feel like crap all day, so I don't think 8-3 is enough sleep. And I have already talked extensively with my doc about anxiety, hence the clonazepam. Not sleeping jacks up my anxiety. It's a vicious circle.

Re: Waking at 3 PM, taking clonazepam

I am going to start going to bed later - at 9 pm every night, and set my alarm for 5:30 am - my usually waking time. Then, if I wake up and can't sleep, I'll read or listen to the radio until I'm sleepy. I realize that I can't keep using clonazepam in the middle of the night.... it's just tempting t...

Waking at 3 PM, taking clonazepam

This past week I have woken up at 3 PM four nights in a row. It started on a night when the air in the house was really dry due to the air conditioning. I am using a "loaner" apap setup, and it turns out that the heating on the tube is not working. I am getting it fixed next week, but in the meantim...

UARS treatment progress, beginning week three

-Some mornings, I feel like a de-fragmentation program has been running in my brain overnight, and everything is more efficient and clear. -I noticed that I can type fast again. -I think I am spending longer periods of time outside in the evening with my dog and my son. -Some of my dojo workouts hav...

Re: How long will it be?

Thank you for your comments and encouragement, esp. ChunkyFrog's. I guess I will have to be in it for the long term! I have Sleepyhead and have been monitoring my data. My AHI (RDI) was over 30 during my study, and now, according to my APAP, it's 1, which is really good, I guess! I used to work for ...

How long will it be?

Hi all, I did a sleep test at the Royal Ottawa, in Ottawa, Ontario. It’s a small lab with only 6 beds, but it’s quite a good lab, because they look for both OSA and the more subtle forms of SDB, like UARS. My PSG indicated that I had between 150-200 RERAs per night, along with PLMs, which mostly cor...
