Is there a way to set the time in Sleepy Head to one's respective time zone? I live on the East Coast but when I check my data on sleepy head, it shows Pacific Coast time

Re: Newbie on CPAP... It's Working!!!
Glad to hear this
I've been using an APAP for almost 2 years. I never knew how bad I felt until I started using the machine. I feel better than ever! My BP is normal, EKGs normal, no more acid reflux! I got to the point I can't even fall asleep without my mask on and machine blowing air up my nose

Re: Odd Question About CPAP Dreaming
Since using a CPAP, I've also become a very very heavy sleeper. I've slept through thunderstorms, phone ringing and unfortunately wake up alarms
At least I'm finally sleeping

After a lifelong of untreated sleep apnea, it took me about a year and 2 months to become fully recovered from years of chronic fatigue

How accurate are these apps?
Can they detect noises even using an APAP machine?

Sleep Time App
Somebody showed me an iPhone app called sleep time. It's supposed to sense your light sleep, REM sleep and wake time.
Anyone ever heard of it? Is it worth downloading?

Re: Sleep head.com
Seriously
I just downloaded my data. It's an interesting program. I can go back to any night since getting my machine and looking at the data.
Since getting my CPAP machine, I had 2 very rough nights and I looked up my data and saw why.
