The CD only has the Assistant, does not have the review. I am having same issues with others using Windows. Still cannot get the software to recognize the meter. 7 hours wasted so far.

Read earlier info. I have the 50E model. Do I need to download spo2 review and spo2 assistant? I note someone recommends which version of spo2 review to need as my oximetry version is less than 6.7.
