Re: Mattress for Side Sleepers
I am concerned about the weight of a water bed. I sleep upstairs in a log cabin, directly above my computer workstation. If the dam breaks, I will have serious catastrophe. What will a queen size waterbed weigh anyway? I haven't slept on a waterbed since I purchased one at a head shop in the early 1...

Re: Mattress for Side Sleepers
Mattress/Bed industry has gone freaking ridiculous with their pricing. No way I will shell out that much jack for a mattress.

Re: Mattress for Side Sleepers
Hopefulllady, I start sleep on my left side and after a short time I flip over to the right side predominately. I basically flip from side to side since diagnosed with OSA. I used to sleep some on my back prior to diagnosis but not anymore. Last time I slept on my stomach I was in my 20's. I have fa...

Mattress for Side Sleepers
I have searched the web looking to answer the question "What is the best mattress for side sleepers?" . I realize that side sleeper mattress choice is highly subjective and and an individual preference. I would however like to hear opinions of our forum members.

Re: CPAP-How Long to Notice Improvement
Good advice from the others. You are in the right place. It took me approximately 100 days to turn the corner. After that I was still tweaking my machine. About a month ago and after 31 machine settings, I finally found the therapy settings that seem to work for now. I am now at 342 days on CPAP and...

Re: I give up!!
chefmate, I have felt your pain and frustration. For the record, it took me over 100 days before I started improving my cpap therapy. Friends were telling me I looked like "warmed over death" and I felt like it. Over time I tweeked my mask type and fit as well as my cpap low and high settings. It ta...

Re: newbie with Amara View mask
I read that the Amara is not a very popular mask. I have one. For me, the Amara created the worst nose bridge damage of any mask I have used. I quit using it after 2- 3 days.
