Hmm I think its kind of weird that there would be a difference with different masks. I would think that they would be the same. I never noticed anything when I went from the Mirage FX Nasal to the Airfit P10 Pillow mask. Im going to be going on to my 3rd mask in November 2021.

From what ive seen on the internet the dream wisp and dreamwear both seem really cool looking. I currently have a airfit p10.

It just goes to say not every bodies nose is the same and not every ones mask experience or mask needs are the same.

I maybe mistaken but there maybe a difference in the male and female nose. I know that as a almost 44 year old male my nose is a little bit bigger than most female noses that I can tell.

I never heard of a ASV. so I guess ill shut up now and let the experts take over.

Ive always had my mouth closed when using cpap. Ive also only used masks that use the nose.

I thought the Airsense 10 autoset which is what I currently have and love was like the best you could get until next best thing comes along.

hmm thats interesting but a order has all ready been sent by my doctor to the dme for me to get a different mask. I do move around some in my sleep but I don't think thats the issue.

HMM never heard of this mask before but it sounds like a nice one.

I have to say if you want a real awesome CPAP that will never fail you do what I did when it came time to get a new one and demand the DME give you at least a AIRSENSE 10.

I have experience with only 2 masks the Mirage FX and the airfit p10. both were pretty good masks for me but even I am going for a 3rd mask very soon. It is hard to find just the right mask.
