Re: Swallowing air
Alright so here is last nights graph: http://s8.postimg.org/ctkvu8975/140710_graph.jpg Does this graph suggest I leak through my mouth? As you can see, I slept for 9 hours and 40 minutes ( ) and had an AHI of 2. I have a FFM, I only tried it for a few seconds. If it does appear that I have mouth lea...

Re: Swallowing air
Yeah, this morning I had a dry mouth. I slept for 9.5 hours with an AHI of 2 and I still felt a bit tired through out the day. I also didn't drink coffee this morning.
Why do you ask about dry mouth?

Re: Swallowing air
Since I have upped my humidity, I am not getting a dry mouth.
Almost every night upon going to bed, one of my nostrils is not functional. I don't want to say clogged because I am not sick, but no air goes in or out.

Swallowing air
Hey guys, Lately my nightly average AHI has been around 2. However, there are certain hours of the night, specifically starting at around 4 hours into sleep, where I will have up to 8 apneas/hypoponeas in an hour. Specifically, the first half of the night I will have 0 apneas/hypopneas and the secon...

Re: Where do I go from here?
Okay so I am having trouble identifying which graph is which - the y axis title isn't showing up. It's worth going into the Preferences panel and checking to see if Use Pixmap Caching is turned ON. If it is turned ON, try turning Use Pixmap Caching OFF and see if that makes the fonts on the titles ...

Re: Where do I go from here?
dylan91, It would be very useful if you could post some graphical data from a couple of nights of data. We need to see one of your better days and the night where the AHI zoomed up to 8+. Here's the thing about pressure increases: About 15% of PAPers tend to have some problems with pressure induced...

Re: Where do I go from here?
Are you using a full data machine and software? Or are the AHI you report coming from the machine's screen? Do you have any leaks or mouth breathing at pressure of 9? If you are not having any problems at 9, I would think you could slowly transition to 10. Not saying you need to. But if you think i...
