Just wanted to let you all know that I was able to sleep all night last night with the mask on. I lowered the flex to 1 and lower the pressure at first. yay!

robysue - just saw your questions. Its not so much the inhaling, its the exhaling. I will adjust my mask but it won't get much better. I think its maybe also mental too. I called to make appt to try another mask and the lady said that she has heard people saying before that they feel like they can't...

The therapist also told me not to try to fix it or change settings. Now I am kinda irritated and feel like I know nothing.
