Maybe it is the trazodone? I'm a newbie, but when I asked my MD about my centrals, he told me they were likely from the Ambien or alprazolam I was using to try to adjust to the CPAP... and using SleepyHead, it does seem to correlate. He said any sleeping med would make CAs increase.

Oh! And I did list my prime numbers. =)

So far so good! Kept it on 6 hours last night, which is a lot longer than I'd been able to before! I'm sure the Ambien helped, but the white noise app helped so much more than I expected! Now I'll decrease the Ambien over the next few nights and see how I do. Thank you so much everyone!
