My cat figured out to pull the mask from my face to wake me when he wants to eat !

If I fall asleep without putting my CPAP machine on I"ll dream that I'm running, or stuck under water, or performing some activity where I can't catch my breath. I"ll wake up and find that I actually am short of breath.

I wasn't aware of having Sleep Apnea problems until I was about 50 when it had already damaged my heart. I was a wetter past middle school age.
