I have AHI between 0.0 to 3.0 and most central apnea!

When I got my Cpap I thought that I have to learn to use it and give it a proper chance .I read here on Cpap.com and got many good ideas how I would fit into the mask .It was hardest to learn to breathe without listen to CPAP and breathe at the same speed as cpap so finally I gasped like a dog .But ...

I have N 10 and it have the same problem !

I have one Airfit N 10 and it blows back from the valve against my face!

First night with CPAP so it was hard to breathe for me. listened to the machine and breathing after it .After few days so I was breathing normally, so remember to relax and breathe normally without listening to the CPAP.

In Sweden I got one replacment i one year cheaper 30$ My sleep Doc tell me i can use it fore atleast one year !

It seems interesting i have a regular pillow and it is not good for my mask .It want to slip so my mask leaks !

I had problems with a sore throat and stuffy nose became first few months but now it works fine and I sleep well.

I got an Quattro Air M but it is too small and switched to L but it was too big and would leak But you can use the same framework to L & M

Living i Sweden !

When I got my APAP so it was a bit difficult to sleep in the beginning but it gets better and better apply.Now i have my Apap for 6 month and i sleep better and better but i have problems with my masks !Find wakes at high pressure so I have to close the APAP and start again .Some nights I have 20-30...
