The respironics profilelite uses a urethane skin for its gel cover. There are also vinal nasal masks sold to hospitals a third option is to take a silicon mask and deep Clean it with a mild detergent soak hot water for at least 8 + hours and rinse several times / soak in hot tap water for 8 + hours....
