I'm going camping for only one night. I don't have a portable battery and am curious if anyone has bad positive experiences with mouth guards. Is there a type you'd recommend? Thanks

I don't know or seem to struggle to breath at night. I think I hold my breath. My wide has pointed this out to me and I've caught myself a few times. I'm going for a sleep study this week but I was curious if anyone knew of something like this. Thanks

I'm pretty certain I have apnea. I'm going for a sleep eval next week. This may be naive but if I'm able to remember my dreams, does that mean my apnea isn't do bad or Is it irrelevant ?
