Is this what you want, Robysue? It's the Resp Rate. Otherwise I've only got Tidal and Minute Volumes, AHI, Insp time, Exp time and Mask Pressure.

Sounds to me like you need to adjust the humidity - either up or down, it a very individual thing. Just move it slowly in one direction or the other,see if that makes a different, and experiment by changing very gradually over several nights.

Yeah, it sounds to me like you are experiencing OSA. I urge you to get tested and get on xPAP as soon as possible. It is not hyperbole to say that this is a life-threatening condition. Agree totally. When you're lying down and ready to go to sleep, try holding your breath briefly so you can press your whole tongue against the roof of your mouth, then swallow.
