Re: Installing Oscar on iMac with Big Sur I see no migrating tool cannot read Sleepyhead data
Well, I deleted the Oscar and the 2 files in the library. I got pretty far but I'm confused with what it tells me. I'll attach photos. If I cannot figure this out, can I just erase it again and simply read my card rather than use the old data? I think one of my problems is trying to do this late in ...

Re: Installing Oscar on iMac with Big Sur I see no migrating tool cannot read Sleepyhead data
I’m sorry for disappearing for a month. I am taking care of my elderly mother and it is hard to make time to take care of me. Question from Bluedragon: Did you ever copy your data from your old Mac (before it crashed) to your iMac? If not then your old data may be lost. REPLY: I had a copy of my Sle...

Installing Oscar on iMac with Big Sur I see no migrating tool cannot read Sleepyhead data
I am having trouble trying to get Oscar to work on my iMac running Big Sur. I had an old mac that died in July 2020. I had Sleepyhead on it. I'm not sure what version (since it is not in my new computer) but it was from 2014. I do see my folders from Sleepyhead in my computer. I am using an F&P Icon...

My Sleepyhead results
I'm trying to figure out how to post pics of my results. Hopefully, this will do it. I was worried about leaks but I'm using the Icon and from posts I found I think I'm doing okay. I didn't feel very well this day. I woke up with a headache and the last few days have felt tired. I felt like I could ...

Re: First SleepyHead Report
I like that you were able to display your Sleepyhead data chart. Can you explain how you got the graphic of Sleepyhead on the forum? I tried the "Img" button and tried to put my jpg between the code for images but couldn't figure out how to get it to work.

Re: Leaks
I'd like to know about leaks too. I'm trying to learn how to read the Sleepyhead data and have some understanding. What is an acceptable level for leaks? Is there an area on this forum where I can find a tutorial on interpreting this data? I'm trying to use a nose mask and chin strap. If I open my m...

Re: Why would I have a lot more apnea events with 1 mask?
The numbers I gave were total number of obstructive apnea events (under the daily events tab) not the AHI. Of course the AHI went up dramatically as well.

Why would I have a lot more apnea events with 1 mask?
I downloaded Sleepyhead software and reviewed my data. I learned that my apnea events were 0-5 and a one-time rate of 9 from November-mid April (using a nose mask - Wisp and Eson). (They were at 7 an hour at my initial sleep study.) Since I've used the Simplus full face mask, it immediately increase...

Re: Increase in apnea with full face mask & contact dermatitis
Thanks Rosie. They say not to use creams with the cushions but I guess the liners will protect the cushion. I will try something to hydrate and see if it helps. My doctor gave me a cortisone creme too. I'm not a fan of steroids long-term so I did not fill it.

Increase in apnea with full face mask & contact dermatitis
I've been on a CPAP for 6 months now. I'm having 2 problems that have started to wear me down- an increase in apnea with a full face mask and tons of problems with masks causing skin problems. I am starting to feel pretty frustrated and I cannot afford to keep switching masks and seeing my doctor co...
