Seems that lately my sleepyhead software is not reading correctly. Most all of the H's (hypopnias?) aren't existant when I zoom in on the waveform / flow rate chart. The blips can remain constant, but a H event is recorded. Is this software related, or is my machine giving false data ?

I have tried both requip and gabapentin, with little to no help with my PLMD. They could help knock me out, but did not impact my sore tired legs that I have every morning. Since this has been going on over a year I decided that it had to be sleep related... thus the CPAP treatment.. jury still out ...

I found that my attempted analysis of data was worthless until I finally got my leak situation under control. Simply going from the full face to the nose has corrected my leaks to where now my data can make some sort of sense... or at least be relevant to my sleep. I am trying to keep leaks under 10...

averaging around a 2 on the FLI ( last night was lower as the CAI dominated the pie at 2.32 ) 2 FLs per hour average over the entire night isn't alarming. Any clustering of those FLs going on? I use the CPAP, which essentially stopped my snoring. My wife snores
Ear plugs work great for me.

if the FL on the SleepHead piechart dominates the charts.. is it important It depends on how many parts there are to that pie chart. That pie chart can be misleading..it's always a whole pie..no matter if you have 1 event or 100. Someone the other day got alarmed with the entire pie being centrals....
