My old cpap machine has been set at 8, which is the prescribed setting. My new auto cpap has been set to 4-20. Should that be set to 8-20?

I should add that I've had insomnia for almost 20 years. (im 46 now). I haven't slept through the night in almost 10 years. So the fact that I've slept through the night 2 nights in a row makes me feel like a normal person.

Update: I slept through the night again, this time almost 6 hours! And I fell asleep almost immediately, which for me is amazing.

A lot of us don't have the luxury of having 8 hours of sleep night. i work the closing shift and I don't get home until 11.30pm, and after winding down and getting into bed at 12.30ish I'm back up at 5am to get the kids up and off to school. And once I'm up... I'm up for the day.

I am prescribed gabapentin for rls/plmd . I've been using it for a month, and I think it's working.

I've only been on therapy less than a month, but my daily cleaning is wiping the mask/cushions with a Citrus II wipe, then it all goes into the SoClean 2. And once a week everything gets cleaned with Seventh Generation clear and free dish soap, air dried, and back into the SoClean.

I'd like the software, too. Thanks so much!
