I use the P10 and need to switch back and forth every week or so between the large and the medium. If I stick with one size too long I get sore. I also find that the pillows do not last forever. Not sure what exactly breaks down, but I only get a month or so out of them, then they start leaking.

Just a quick question. Before I first got tested for sleep apnea I never had headaches. I was just tired, had to nap, and had a lack of concentration. Now I have them every morning. Does that seem odd? Related? Common?

If I understand the big picture of sleep apnea, the problem is that either central, or obstructive, sleep apnea causes not enough breathing and that reduces blood oxygen.
