Re: when a Nebulizer is needed ?
I have pulmonary sarcoidosis and chronic sinusitis and use a nebulizer a few times a week. Most of the time I'm just using saline, which helps thin the mucus and relieves the chronic cough. I have a bigger plug in model and a portable battery operated unit, that I purchased on Ebay.

Re: Balloon Sinoplasty
First thing I asked my ENT before the procedure. I was off for one week. Everyone is different. It was my 4th sinus surgery and by far the easiest and quickest recovery that I ever had. Good luck.

Re: Who is good at reading Spirometry results?
I was diagnosed right after finding mold in our house. I took allergy shots as a kid for mold, then ended up sleeping 2 feet from a patch growing on an outside wall behind a nightstand. This is just a guess, I also had my hands in paint 5 days a week for 17 years.

By the second night I started falling asleep in 5 to 10 minutes. Now staying asleep is a different story.

Re: CPAP use with Sarcoidosis
I have pulmonary sarcoidosis . Just started cpap last week. So far so good, I have more energy. I'm on my last week of a prednisone taper, so I'm hoping things will keep getting better.
