Re: New Soclean2 owner
I know NOTHING about the Soclean2 but I do have to ask: if doing next to no cleaning was working for you and was FREE, why change it? I guess I subscribe to the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" policy. Sharrykb, I don't know about you but I'm 61 and getting older every year. As I get older things ...

Re: New Soclean2 owner
Hi all, I guess have a pretty strong immune system because I can count on one hand the number of times I've cleaned my CPAP equipment since 2006(other than the face mask cushions) so this week I decided to pick up a Soclean2 unit for my PR System One with heated hose and my HDM Z1. First off I also...

I apologize for the size of the image. I'm not good with posting pictures. If anyone can tell me how to fix it I will correct it. imgur will do a 'large thumbnail' of big pics, just put a l (lower case ell) at the end of the filename, before the .png in the link. so like if the link is ....l2k3h.pn...

2) YES!!! That is the BEST pillow ever!!! It may take you a few nights to adjust if you are used to a soft pillow but once you adjust to the firmness, it is a great pillow. No more pillow pushing mask out of place.

She said the "downside" to that is that I will periodically need to bring in the SD cards so they can read the data. Guess that's a small price to pay for knowing they aren't accessing the machines and changing the settings without our knowledge. They can change your settings from the card. After t...

Re: My husband did at home sleep test last week and...
Returned my S9 to old DME yesterday. They were stinkers and didn't want to give me much stating that I had returned the equipment and that I no longer had any of their equipment but I did finally win that argument. Walked in to new DME and hubby and I both walked out with new ResMed AirSense 10 AUTO...

Re: My husband did at home sleep test last week and...
Good job on all fronts. Hubby's result were likely enough to get their attention and put him on the fast track for equipment. Glad you got rid of the PITA DME. Feels good doesn't it? I'm thinking it must have been pretty bad too for things to move this quickly. It took over 2 months for me from sle...

My husband did at home sleep test last week and...
I returned the equipment Thursday morning and they said it usually takes 2 weeks to get the results but with the holidays and one doctor being out on maternity leave it would probably take longer. So I was shocked when the doctor's office called me Monday morning (yes my husband has signed a release...

Re: Slipping headgear and mask leakage
If you never sleep on your back, a pony tail will work too. I do sleep on my back some so I don't want a pony tail, so that's why I just pull my loose hair over the bottom strap without using a pony tail. It works very well for me.

Re: Need Pillow Recommendations
I started using a buckwheat pillow a while back and it works great at keeping the mask from being pushed around. Be aware though that it is quite firm. I love this pillow! Yes, it is quite firm but I did get used to it. I had a problem with it being too firm against my ear but I figured out that if...

Re: I am so angry and disappointed
Good news! Someone messed up the reports (if that can be considered good) so the DME was seeing my titration results rather than my original test results. I had an AHI of 66.1 on my first test, so the doctor resent that to the DME and now the DME is happy, my insurer is happy and I am happy. Thank ...
