I think according to my low AHI of under 1, normally around 0.75, on paper I should feel great. But I don't. I wake up tired, bags under eyes, feel like death by 3pm...etc.Mudrock63 wrote:It looks like you've had a few good nights, reference your AHI. How do you feel now?

Long story short...... Been on CPAP for around 2 years. Prescribed CPAP @5cfm. Using Nuance Pro nasal mask. So, I went to Dr. today. Says Ive got to give it time to feel better... Told him I changed my settings from CPAP 5cfm to APAP 6-8 cfm.......laughed that I was able to change settings.... I do wake up often. That I can tell, it's many small episodes. Usually to adjust nasal pillow or no reason at all but fall back asleep. I've been limiting my evening coffee or any liquids to stop the mid night bathroom break. But I often do wake up for short periods for no reason. I'm basing much of...
