Re: OT What is the most accurate home BP device

I use and several other family members use the Panasonic EW3109W Blood Pressure Monitor. I took mine in for one of my Cardiologists visits and it was pretty much dead on. It is an upper arm monitor cuff with auto inflate and keeps a record of readings. Thanks I actually have this one While I have n...

OT What is the most accurate home BP device

Hi I am getting different readings from my blood pressure measurers. Looking to find the most accurate digital BP device. I recall a visit to my sleep doc and they used a digital meter. Re: Issues with Compliance

If you were to design/get your optimal monitoring system, what features would you like to see in a xPAP machine? What features would you like to see on a mobile app that captures and reports data? What data points would you like reported to you? I'd like all the info on sleepy head in an app I'd li...

Re: Be careful about filling out those sleepiness questionnaires

You say you want to get better however many people often prefer the attention they get from being sick and the status of having an undiagnosed illness. As someone who suffered years misunderstood and misdiagnosed by multiple physicians, this comment struck a raw nerve. Without evidence (not opinion...

Re: Poll: How many need an alarm to wake up?

I set mine every night
I have not been awaken from it in 10 years (even before CPAP)
Though before CPAP, I spent much of the night starring at it

Re: ASV - trying not to get excited

After my ASV titration, I felt better than I had in years. Like you, I seem to have spells lasting around a week at a time--AHI's under 1 with lower pressures, and then AHI's running 3-4 with high pressures and patient induced breaths in the low 70's. I don't know if this is common or not, but soun...
