I have had a computer crash and had to reinstall operating system/files/etc. Reinstalled Sleepyhead and installed Oscar. Imported data to both from S9. Only get summaries on both, no graphs. Data not saved. Have to import again each time I want to view. Oscar only imports to 12/08/2019; Sleepyhead ...

It wouldn't be impossible for your S9 to have an issue writing the the SD card...it also wouldn't be impossible for the SD card to be bad now. Have you tried a new SD card? The software can only import the detailed data that is on the SD card. With S9 model machines the detailed data (those graphs especially) are overwritten after 7 days for some files and 30 days for the rest of the detailed data files.
