And last night was even better, I used it from 12:ish to 5:am and slept well, even had some dreams and I don't remember those for awhile now if I can just stay awake long enough to do some reading here, I'm determined to learn each and every setting available to me and how I can benefit from it.

You need your DME provider or whoever is in charge of your trilogy to come out and adjust your rise time, inspiratory time and trigger. I forgot to mention I don't use the ramp feature because your right I can't get a breath with it so I never hit ramp and if I do by mistake I just turn it off and back on
