Im fairly new to CPAP as well, Oct 13. I still occasionally rip it off in my sleep it has become less
now, so hopefully as you get more use to it your'll stop doing it

Hi try the flexifit 432 ffm or the forma as that has a foam chin support,
that's really comfortable.

Another one to try would be the flexifit 432! I have to use a FFM and find it very good. Cud be worth a try for you?
