I have been on CPAP for over 10 years and my apneas have been consistently at 1.0 to 1.4 for the last 3 years. Do I still need to be on CPAP therapy? Can you ever be cured? I did lose some weight during the pandemic (about 60 lbs) which might be a contributing cause. Thanks for your input.
