I just spritz my mask in the morning with Clean Smart (hypochlorus acid) that I learned about on this forum. Every few weeks I wash the whole thing out. Much easier!

Had both doses of Pfizer...did have a rough day after the second dose but I was happy because I knew it was working

I have had similar issues... sometimes the cozies work,,,the cloth masks are generally ok...but for me the best so far has been the Airfit P10 nasal. Even then I sometimes get irritation around the nostril, but I find it manageable with Vaseline or Aquaphor.
