Re: Transfer Rescan to a new computer
I use rescan on a Mac via Windows 8 VMware installation. Works great! Make VMWare part of your MacBook purchase for things like this.

Re: mistake by DME
Have confidence - own your settings! In this day and age, it is reprehensible the fear and doubt sewn by the professionals around simple settings of an electronic device. Seemingly to prop up a poorly performing service industry and to place blame. If you can operate a computer, smartphone, or table...

Re: Ice blocks in humidifier
I was thinking hose-cooling too if not for the rainout factor. You'd almost need something like one of those ultrasonic humidifiers... not sure how that would work...

Re: Aerophasia - its maddening!
For me, I've been sleeping on my back, chin to chest, to relieve this issue. When I get a little air anyway, I grab a chewable GasX asap and have steel cut oatmeal for breakfast. Usually, the air will burp out the same way it came in - especially if I'm moving/walking a lot. Otherwise, if the air is...

Re: Done. Finished. I GIVE UP!
Oh, please hang on to that bucking bronco of therapy. As many have suggested already, try and get off the meds - each time they wear off a little sooner and you're left a little stuffier, a cycle that just makes you worse for the long haul. You may want to work up a plan with your doctor; first few ...

Re: bloating
I'm battling this one as well. Simethicone (Gas X) is my friend for now, until I get it under control. I'm finding angle if my head helps, but I haven't yet found a perfect solution.

Yup! I do that too with the Inomed Hybrid FFM. A must-do trick for silencing that little hiss.

Re: Newbie having problems
I wonder if they had trouble titrating you. Also, has the machine ever had the auto climate _activated_? If it has never been set by temp, perhaps it's worth a shot, as well as validating all your clinical settings (like being in cpap rather than autopap). It is also said that most people these days...

Re: Resmed S9 Software - Where can I get it?
My new S9 is waiting for me at home, I look forward to ditching the brick from the insurer's DME! I guess the thing to do for rescan software is to ask for a PMed link, so... please and thank you!
