I have a full beard and moustache and am a restless side sleeper. I have and use both the Resmed Swift (nasal pillows) and the Innomed Nasal Aire II (nasal prongs). I find both very comfortable and they never leak, except for an occasional tiny leak that can be fixed with a mere nudge of the interfa...

I have and use a Swift which I find very comfortable and it doesn't shift or leak no matter how much I toss and turn. I tried a Breeze and found it to shift and leak easily and it also put uncomfortable pressure on my nares and upper lip. I wear this interface with the straps of the headgear adjuste...

Liam,

As the Reader's Digest has been saying for years, "Laughter is the best medicine". And your humor, which has us laughing at ourselves, is the best kind of all. Keep it coming.

Liam, The Nasal Aire prongs ARE inserted into the nostril, unlike pillows they do not rest gently against the nares. You answered someone who was seeking help from people who use a particular product. You provided a negative comment about something you obviosly are not familiar with. Is this being h...

Butterfly, I use the Nasal Aire II and love it. When I first got mine I was a little skeptical about getting the Medium Plus sized prongs in my nose and then being able to sleep, but I did and it worked. I have no leakage problems and the NAII allows me full freedom to toss and turn from side to sid...

I second Liam's comment. No matter how I toss and turn the Swift doesn't leak; and this is with the straps very loose. I sleep on a "memory foam" pillow and sleep with my head on the pillow and find no problem with the Swift shifting.

I have no experience with the SNAPP.

Heidi, Using my Nasal Aire II interface, the hose connection is on my chest and I just let the hose go off the side of the bed to the generator. No problem at all with hose position no matter how I toss and turn, as long as I don't keep turning in the same direction and reel the hose around myself. ...

Wading...,

I used it for the first time last night and it was great.

The previous night I got rainout using my new Swift. Last night with the heated hose I got no rainout, even with the humidifier set a notch higher than the night before.

Also the warmed air is great.

It's a delivery tube (goes from humidifier to interface) that is heated to keep humidifier moisture from condensing in tube and mask (rainout).

I have one and it is great. I bought mine from http://www.sleepzone.com.au for $89 US.

I received my Swift yesterday and used it for the first time last night. Absolutely no problems with this interface; it's light, applies no pressure to nares or upper lip and, at least for me, is not noisy. I have tried the Breeze and found it would not stay in place and applied uncomfortable pressu...

I received the valve to keep water vapor from the humidifier from getting into the generator. Sorry to say it made no difference in the noise level. At least not to my partally deaf ears.

Try the Nasal Aire II, no contact with hair at all, if you use it like I do, without the harness; just the short strap across the back of the head.

Is your (humidifier) a heated one?

I found unheated (humidifiers) to be useless.

Sorry about all the URL stuff, but the sight adds it automatically, whether you want it or not. I tried editing it out, but that didn't work.

i WENT BACK AND DISABLED AUTO-LINKS.
