Re: My mask tube and heated tube gets lose after a while
Wrap a rubber band a few times around the end of the heated hose cuff and leave it on. This puts some tension on the connection but still allows the two to be pulled apart and put together.

Re: Swift FX Replacement Straps.
You can buy these Velcro straps at Walmart. It's a little long but just double it back over itself. It will last forever. https://www.walmart.com/ip/VELCRO-Brand-All-Purpose-Strap-18in-x-1in-Straps-Black-2-ct/19870614?athcpid=19870614&athpgid=athenaItemPage&athcgid=null&athznid=PWVUB&athieid=v0&aths...

Re: Profile/Machine Information
I see the S9 machines are no longer in the equipment list other than the vpap model. Therefore my machine model is blank. Not a big deal, just noticed it was gone.

Try using a box fan on low for a little white noise. It really helps drown out the normal breathing sounds. I can't sleep without one.

Re: Swift FX for her mask observation
Lay the old headgear on it's side with nothing attached then lay the new headgear on top and adjust to be the same. The new one will stretch some until it gets washed and worn several times. I've used the Swift FX for over five years. Tried many others, always return.

Re: THE GREAT PILLOW EXCHANGE
These work great on the Swift FX. Never need adjusted. I've been using the same one for around two years. https://www.walmart.com/ip/VELCRO-Brand-All-Purpose-Strap-18in-x-1in-Straps-Black-2-ct/19870614?athcpid=19870614&athpgid=athenaItemPage&athcgid=null&athznid=PWVUB&athieid=v0&athstid=CS002&athgui...

You might also try the Airfit P10 nasal pillow mask. It fits much like the Swift FX but the head gear is minimal and rests more on the crown of your head rather than around the back. I use both masks.
Good luck!

FWIW, I just went there and it says it's been moved but still opens if you are logged in. As far as the difference in forums, some people like living in a gated community, some do not.

I'm 63 and started cpap 10/15/2012. Wish I would've started 20 years earlier.
