I wash all my CPAP stuff with baby shampoo. It's mild, doesn't cause skin irriation and it smells nice.

Yikes! Don't know if I would recommend taking a sleeping pill and then going without your CPAP.
The problem is, most of us don't know we stop breathing during our sleep.
With the added sedation of a sleep medication, could make for some detrimental effects.

Good Morning I just signed up for this forum. Have been using CPAP for about a year and a half. On a pretty high setting - 14.
