i wear my CPAP all the time when sleeping, been doing so for the past few years. I had progressed on the types of mask I use but I keep on the machine even whist napping! No machine means a feeling *legs* doing a dance on my dome!* legs*=toy octopus who sleeps with me.

I had to have my nose operated before I could experience the benefits of CPAP as my nose so blocked I couldn't breath it. Ah yes, I went through stag myself.......I call it the disappearing mask syndrome! I decided to strap the straps together with masking tape, but I left the lower one untapped.
