Re: get a s10 now or wait for s11?
Getting hold of data from an unexposed source is quite a different thing to A11s being delivered to ordinary end users

Re: When is a new ResMed coming out
It’s a shame companies don’t care more about the patients keeping them in business. For most of the world except the USA, suppliers like Resmed are marketing directly to their end users, and they certainly DO CARE about their customers. As far as new models go, I know Resemed are flat out making cl...

Re: pressure issues/not sleeping well
Just as a general comment, if you make a change to your xPAP therapy, you should really run it for 5 days, or longer, to evaluate what the impact is.... a single night is simply not long enough to isolate the impact of any change.Soonerdude11 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 14, 2020 4:10 pmThe last three nights. I've never had that happen with my AirMini 12V adapter.

Re: CPAP machine "serviced", not replaced
I'd never had any reason to believe that CPAP machines are regularly 'fixed'. That most likely arises from the simple fact that they rarely break down, so users on the whole don't talk about them getting fixed . wouldn't trust any manufacturer that would sell anything with a major fault and then no...

No one is actually selling it in Australia, and it seem unlikely that it is actually a real clinical product at all. See https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02698059 and pay attention to the dates! Also https://www.entandaudiologynews.com/reviews/journal-reviews/post/an-alternative-device-for-obs...

Re: hose-bacteria filters, scam gadget or a necessary item?
Are these filters useful for anyone here or not really? thanks An in-line filter like that will get wet if you use any humidification at all ... which is not a great thing to happen to an anti- bacterial filter! If you need more filtering of allergenic particles, you can get an hypoallergenic filte...

Re: What Triggered Your Need for CPAP?
I was studying for a Master's Degree in Technology Management at the Macquarie University in Sydney. As one part of the program of study, a couple of senior Resmed business managers ran a case study on how they managed the technology components in their business model, which included a brief overvie...

Machines run by using Amps. Machines run by consuming energy which is stated in terms of Watts, not Amps. The current draw of the machine (stated in Amps) and be determined from the Watt rating if the voltage is known. The AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her running at a pressure of 10 with no humidifier d...

Recent Power outage experience
We recently had a power outage due to the remarkable weather Sydney has been experiencing recently - bushfires to violent storms within one week. My wife and I both normally use Resmed A10 devices but we also have Resmed AirMinis for travel. During the power outage we both switched to our AirMinis. ...

Re: First Post - ResMed AirSense 10 - Clock Setting
1. I travel between time zones quite a lot and I can't see where to change the clock, with or without the SD card inserted. When I first started using an APAP, many years ago, I used to be concerned about setting the correct time zones, but it didn't take too long to realise that it really doesn't ...

Re: Resmed Airmini and N20 mask
* I don't like the fact that a normal hose was not provided (without humidification), to fit any regular masks, and that Resmed is forcing people to use their own brand of masks. Surely, that's anti-competitive There are a number of compromises necessary in delivering a small but effective travel x...
