Re: Not getting rest, exhausted and cant find out the problem
Your report doesn't scream out "fix me" and if this is typical for you then the reports aren't going to be much help. Nothing exciting there at all. So then you get to start doing some detective work trying to figure out what else might be going on to cause you to not feel as good as the report loo...

Re: Not getting rest, exhausted and cant find out the problem
At the moment, the system won't let me look at your first thread, so I can't see what mask you're using or anything else you talked about. Have you had bloodwork lately? A thyroid test? Any other medical check up that might explain what could be going on? There are other medical conditions that hav...

Not getting rest, exhausted and cant find out the problem
I brought this up a few weeks ago and got some good advice but nothing is working..I have upped the pressure and even lowered..and yet I still am exhausted and tired and fatigued throughout the day. My machine has no holes in the tube or mask..I never wake up at all during the night. I can get the d...

Re: My CPAP is not working.
Those snore graphs are for loudness and not necessarily frequency. I prefer to look at the snores that show up on the events graphs to get an idea if snores are numerous. The events graph, top right, give a better picture as to what happened last night. See this thread for an example of the events ...

Re: My CPAP is not working.
Your AHI and other numbers are all within acceptable limits for pretty much the whole year. Statistically that little difference between last night's AHI and the other averages...minimal impact. What is troublesome is that you felt good for a while then something changed and you don't feel so good....

Re: My CPAP is not working.
EPAP is the exhale pressure...the lower of the 2 numbers IPAP is the inhale pressure..the higher of the 2 numbers Normally we look at EPAP for Obstructive apneas and IPAP for hyponeas. I haven't seen enough of your reports showing the entire night's patterns because of the zoomed in on single event...

Re: My CPAP is not working.
Leaks don't appear to anywhere near excessive. Any special reason you go to sleep at 5 AM? Is this your normal bedtime? How long did you try 9 EPAP...did you also increase IPAP at the same time? Yeah 5-7 is around my normal bedtime..has been for a very long time..and I tried 9 epap one night..is Ip...

Re: My CPAP is not working.
When you do your report images....keep it on the detailed page where the AHI breakdown is on the left please. Use SleepyHead in full view size.....turn off the AHI graph and bring the leak graph into viewing area. You can do this in Preferences/ graphs tab...might as well turn off pressure also..it...

Re: My CPAP is not working.
Your snoring... You need more pressure.. The airway is not staying opened. Alright how much more should I go in your opinion? I tried moving up from 8-12 to 9-13 and it did not help..as I went higher it got worse. Also I have been exercising to lose weight and heard that you increase when you gain....

Re: My CPAP is not working.
Could I possibly have to lower my pressure?
