dreamwear nasal pillow mask, same mask for two years. I lowered my setting to 10 and I have stopped opening my mouth at night but I am considered that I had to lower my pressure. I must have another setting wrong.

Five years in and I’m starting to open my mouth
I have been on CPAP for five years and never had an issue with keeping my mouth closed while sleeping. But for the last two nights I have woken my wife or myself because my mouth is open. Re: C-Pap causing gas
I had similar problems and my doctor just kept lowering my pressure but then my AHI just went up. Finally he switched my machine to auto with a range from 5-18. Since then I do not have the gas issue.

F&P Icon+ data
I am I newbie (starting week two). I am using a F&P Icon + and wondering if there is anyway I can see my data (how often I walk up at night, how long I am sleeping). I see Sleepyheads works for some CPAP machines but not the Icon+. Is there other options?
