I just realized that those 20 Reras at level 4cm, mostly occured during that first hour I was in and out of sleep till I took a pill, so the level is probably not very relevant.

THanks for you response. I do not think that I have delayed sleep phase syndrome, partly because I usually fall asleep relatively fast and have lots of dreams. I dont find it constricted in any way, I always breathe through my nose, unlsess ofcourse, it is congested due to cold or allergies, but when that happens I use nasal spray to decongest it. Thanks
