Re: Reviews of new AirFit P10 Resmed nasal pillow mask thread

CPAP42: My straps are also really loose. I just got the P10s on Sunday and have worn them for 2 days. Maybe the newer ones recently off the shelf have more "give" to the straps than the older ones that were first released? Who knows. Despite the looseness, I don't see any major mask leaks. So for n...

Re: Stomach Sleeper masks

Very interesting read about the Falcon position. I will give it a try, can't hurt.

Thanks for the heads up on the new Sleepweaver Pugsy, I'll keep an eye out and wait for it to come out.

Stomach Sleeper masks

I have been trying to find the right mask for a while now, the common journey among us all. I usually end up asleep on my stomach and it makes wearing any mask difficult, even with a cpap pillow. I also mouth breath and as much as I keep trying to train myself not to I still do no matter what. It se...

Re: Mouth Breathing?

I've been experimenting with this double mouth guard and my Swift FX to stop mouth breathing, great results last night:

What was the fix for the pillows? I keep going back and forth on what pillow size to use.

Re: tap pap mask

I just returned my Tap Pap because I was mouth breathing too much. It's a great mask for comfort but mouth breathing ruined it for me.

Re: 1 week into a switch to APAP

Can you provide on some insight on how to retrieve that data? I've played around with it but don't see that detailed information, I have Sleepyhead and Rescan.

1 week into a switch to APAP

from CPAP. I'm definitely sleeping better but still there is still room for improvement. I'll post my SleepHead stats below. Any recommendations on adjustments I should make? My CPAP pressure was set at 8 and I set my APAP with 7-12 range so far. Last 7 days: AHI: 4.07 Hrs per night: 7:02 Average pr...

Re: LF FFM (or hybrid) sans eye leaks

I always have ripped off a full face mask, the Quattro FX leaked like crazy for me.

I've had the hybrid for about a week. I haven't ripped it off at all but am getting some leak data, nothing that wakes me up though. So far I'm pretty happy with it.

Re: Youth mouth guard

I've been considering trying to attach one of these to the TAP PAP upper mouthpiece to try and keep my mouth closed.

The TAP PAP is a great mask but I mouth breath too much with it and the chinstrap didn't help.

Re: Hybrid mask going away?

I just ordered one online over the weekend with no problem.

I'm hoping this hybrid mask works out, I really like the concept. I can't keep a full face on all night and get too many mouth leaks with a nasal mask. I've read good things about it.

Re: Moved From CPAP to APAP - Not Going Back

I've been considering the move to an APAP. I only recently found out what they were and I've been on a CPAP for 6 years, thanks Docs. I get really inconsistent results with my CPAP (S9 Elite), I've played around with pressures and the EPR but it never seems to help. I have pretty bad allergies which...

Re: Once a mouth breather, always…NOT

I'm currently trying the TAP Pap because I also have a Tap oral appliance. It is a great mask for comfort. I keep the TAP PAP on all night but don't feel rested at all the next day, I added the chinstrap but it isn't helping much either. I'm thinking that it may be due to mouth breathing throughout ...
