New Medicare rule for CPAP supplies
As of January 1st, 2014 any CPAP user who is turning 65, and on Medicare will have some Hoops to jump through to get replacement CPAP supplies. Even if you have been using a CPAP for several years prior to now, the following must be on file with your supplier in order to be able to purchase supplies...

I simply take the hose outside and take hold of one end and swing it in a circle for a few seconds...also try leaving it hang in a verticle position in the sun, or a sunny window during the day. It works for me!

I know it is a difficult journey, but is worth the effort in the end. I switched from a mask to nasal pillows the first week, and have been using them for about two years. Several things changed then... air leaks were a thing of the past, the tossing and turning stopped at night, and the exhaust air...
