My pressure is set to 14. I have it ramp up the full 20 minutes. Thanks, I do try to be good even with all the issues!!

Do you fall asleep right away with your machine on? Or do you read or play on your phone before going to sleep? Thank you! I use a Quattro mask and a resmed machine. My hose is not heated. Is a cozy simply insulation? My father is a plumber so I am sure I could grab some correct size pipe insulation from him. Unless I am wrong. Also, would I cut them into small pieces for bending or?
