Re: Difficulty in selling my CPAP

So I have a Auto-CPAP machine and masks that I got in January, but given that my medical needs have changed. I know longer need what I have. However as many people may also have experienced the sheer difficulty in trying to sell them is very very hard. I have put it up on iOffer, and recently on EB...

Re: SleepyHead 0.9.8-1 Testing Builds

Not sure if I just had it set incorrectly before OR whether you have made this change with this version BUT I LOVE the way it takes screenshots now. Not just the window showing but i see it pop up and it allows it to stretch out the picture so it takes more than one initially sees, getting ALL of th...

Re: Help with wife who keeps taking her mask off.

If it were me....I would scotch tape (or similar tape) the side straps to my cheeks in hopes that the discomfort with removing that tape might wake me up enough to stop the unwanted behavior of removing the mask when half asleep. Eventually the brain will no longer look at the mask as an alien it w...

Re: Help with wife who keeps taking her mask off.

I fought with that myself for the first few months and couldn't remember taking it off at night times. Believe it or not, in another Sleep Apnea forum, I had a man who gave advice, ACTUALLY get angry and told me to just leave on the mask. It didn't matter that i told him that I hadn't any memory of ...

Re: Long-term cancer, etc. risks of CPAP?

Yes because they have found evidence of cancer in Egyptian mummies. Once you got past childhood and survived your early adulthood (and childbirth for women) your reasons for dying were the same as today - cancer, heart disease, strokes and such at a similar age. This gets a little tricker from my u...

Re: Long-term cancer, etc. risks of CPAP?

Clinical evidence exists that stress contributes to cancer. --so if you have a job . . . Actually thats not true but widely believed nevertheless and repeated on the internet everywhere. If one cares to read the more scholarly reviews, you will find that its not true. What might be, is that stress ...

Re: Attention SleepyHead Mac Users

Gotta say I am really loving this new version. So many new additions to it that make it even much easier to read than before. I haven't yet done the oximeter thing with it but may try tonight. So i can't yet see if it works for me on this version without problems or not but will soon find out. In an...

Re: Attention SleepyHead Mac Users

jedimark Sorry to bother you. I can only imagine how busy you are. 2 questions 1) Do I need anything else besides Sleepyhead to use with the CMS50i? I think i need something called SPO2? Re: Attention SleepyHead Mac Users
