Re: Feedback needed: Respironics 460
Insurance, ha! I wish. It came with the hose, Ultra Mirage II mask, and massive brick power cord that pretty much negates any size reduction advantage over my ResMed 7 Lightweight I will see what I can learn about the auto trial features. The therapist did not mention there were limits to the usage....

Re: Transcend II - Travel CPAP - For Sale
Bump why are you selling it? I want to get the new Z1 and can't justify the expense unless I sell my current little travel CPAP (Transcend II) first. I would be purchasing the Z1 out-of-pocket, so would be nice to sell the Transcend first. I use the littel CPAP machines for travel on my motorcycle ...

Re: Feedback needed: Respironics 460
I didn't ask what else comes with it, I assume a carrying case and power supply.
So, a good machine? Will it work with a battery pack?

Feedback needed: Respironics 460
I just finished a new sleep study, the therapist is recommending a Respironics 460 System 1 for $300 (used).
Is this a decent machine, is that a fair price? Thanks!! You guys are my experts.

Re: CPAP vet
Thanks for the reply, Roger. I'm fine with a straight CPAP, I get along fine without the heated hose or humidifier. I am still using the original machine I got in 2004 and really sleep well. I wouldn't even be considering a new machine except the truck company I work for asked me to provide complian...

Re: CPAP vet
Thanks, I saw that one and commented on it in the thread.
Anyone else? What about this machine: Transcend
Is there any reason why I can't simply use a "travel size" CPAP as a daily machine?

CPAP vet
Have been using the original Resmed S7 Lightweight since my sleep study in 2003. I just found these forums, and I can see CPAPs have changed a bit. Now, I am getting great sleep with the S7 and I see no reason to worry about replacing it. But, I like motorcycle travel, and it takes up a lot of space...

Re: New Z1 cpap machine. Smallest, lightest, and battery too
[quote="stickman"]cpap.com posted pricing info. Kind of premium $ but if you want the smallest, most portable, with a battery it makes sense. Especially if you travel, camp, etc... I think they will sell a bunch of these. $595? Sign me up. I've had my ResMed S7 for nearly ten years, I'm ready for an...
