I actually have a full face mask. I've tried 3 different masks...and all different types of pressure.. The apneagraph test was done at home. The insurance will not pay for a sleep test in the lab now as now they have written me off as a Cfs sufferer. I was going to try a dental device called somnogu...

I had this test with Dr saleem..the apneagraph
He said I have no obstruction...
His advice was a neurologist..
He thinks I have CFS..
So an apneagraph would have pulled up any signs of UARS?

is there any cpap machines that can help with UARS and have pressure settings that go over 20?

I am convinced i have UARS I been using an Apap machine which helpt for a few months..but now I can't seem to get the pressure right I have read that for UARS bipap is the better option Also I need a higher pressure than 20 my machine maxes out at 20 I live in Germany..we can't get Resmed machines h...

Thank you..I have read everything I could find on the internet and I'm 100 per cent convinced I have this problem My worry is why the test didn't come up with an diagnosis..I have heard with UARS it can go unrecorded in the test. I have not exceeded the pressures on the machine..I meant I have tried...

but i have heard that a person hast to have an arrousel episode with loss of oxygen for 5 to 10 seconds to be considered an apnea i am worried if i have arrousels but no loss of oxygen that they will not consider it a sleep disturbance and send me home.. i have a weinmann somnobalance e apap machine...

Cant get data from the machine....the machine is set so i cant read the sd card i clean my mask everyday also humidifier.... i have 3 different masks so my last mask is pretty new its a Resmed quattro mirage...i have had the pressures changed from 4-14 to 6-16now i have 8-18 the machine cannot go an...
