I have the scr 3310 card reader but not sure if this will work or not. I am running vista 32 bit. I ordered the card reader thinking that I would just be able to get the drivers for it and have it work. Sounds like it isn't as easy as I was thinking.

Is there some place to download the encore viewer software? I heard that would be the way to go with the m serie...
