Sleeping pattern (unusual)

Most of the night 60% of it I sleep without any or few interruptions. After 4 am till 8:30 ashen I wake. I wake up very frequently and go in an out of sleep for at least from 6 am to 8:30 and it's hard to call back asleep. I used to sleep late and feel deep sleep. Now I wake up but I don't feel rest...

My diet is so so. I am active daily on cardio burning around 300 calories per workout. Just started that 3 weeks. Please help anyone that may know. I'm really wondering if it's an issue if my pressure range on auto bipap are too wide. I'm from lowest settings to highest setting at 15

Also i forgot to mention my pressures.

I have my M series set by Dme to the lowest pressures of the Bipap Auto to the max range of 15. so its from lowest pressure possible to th 15 pressure if that matters or makes a difference i don't know i figures i would share the info.

Dme is letting me rent a M series for a month after whih I'll buy the or system one if the therapy is working. So far in still tired hopefully it will fix me up within a month that way I know whether to buy one or not

No matter what! rainout every night

I tried putting towels and layers over the tubing and securing them with rubber bands. I also tried one night with humidifier on 3 and one night with 1. Still raining on me

i got some OTC sinus pill decongestant "phenylephrine: hopefully that will help but honestly i know i could sleep great it i simply had a unstuffy nose so i could use the Bipap effectively without wqaking up every few hrs just to decongest.

I understand I have to get off the OTC and I have slowed down big time I only is it a few times a night and it seems to have slowed down with the congestion. However the bipap makes it worse. Another question. Can I use breathe right strips nasal. To open my airway a little with my nasal mask?

Also. What about putting something in my humidifier water such as Vicks liquid. Ect?
