If you are on 3LPM of O2 or less the portable concentrators are a godsend. I had my doctor prescribe the Airsep Freestyle , my insurance approved it, and I'm now more active than before I went on oxygen. If you're on 3LPM or less you may wish to try out the Salter #1616-4 "micro" cannula. It's very lightweight and thin, and no flap.
