I agree with Julie get a good medical work up. I am not a doctor. But, maybe the doc will recommend some some some sleep aide (if needed) e.g ambient or other sleep meds. In addition, when you wake up try some deep breathing, guided imagery, calm place, count to 100 and then countbackward if needed ...

I tried the mask it was light and comfortable, however, lots of leaks, mask kept creeping up and mouth fell out of mask several times.

The last report from the DME showed me I when I was using the the Mirage mask. I check my machine and I cannot find how to read the AHI. How do you find the AHI for the machine? And, I do not have the software that read the SD card. Any Ideas?

I am on my 5th mask: Quarttro Air, Fisher Paykel Simplus, Mirage Liberty, Mirage Quattro Full Face, and the Swift FX Nasal Pillow. Give Xylimelts or Biotene a try. Xylimelts works for several hours through the night for me.
