Anyone wearing a medical alert bracelet?
If so what have you got written on it?
I have just completed a first aid training course and an unconscious casualty needs somebody to tilt their head back to open their airway.
Now with an apnea sufferer this is somewhat important !!!!

I guess I sleep for 3 hours, I am dreaming which is quite rare for me. I am probably awake for a good hour then its intermittent till the morning. I am not drinking alcohol and have a cup of tea about 7 ish which is normal for me. Thanks
