My tank is indeed warm and pre-heats the water and the supplier replaced it just in case. The air coming out of my hose is cold. I also get rainout if I set it to full humidity 6 and 24C (75F). The room is about 17C (63F). I think my hose does not get warm enough. I might get a thermostat to measure...
