The best advice I can give is PATIENCE!

It's a big change. It's takes a while to get used to the change in sleeping habits, not to mention having a alien strapped to your face!

Just had my 2nd year follow up with my sleep doctor.

She gave me a gold star because I had 0 apneas in the past 14 months!

Standardly the time period is 10 months rent to own.

That's what mine was and BCBS is my insurance AND my employer.

I take off my mask and the machine shuts down, and starts up again when I put the mask back on.

I always take mine off because I figure it's a chance to refit the mask properly after squishing my face/mask in the pillow.
