Re: OW! My teeth!!!!
Mine has lasted two years now. It is hard plastic, and like a snap in kinda thing. Dentist did say that I will be needing a new one since I have a small crack in it, but not enough to split it in half. So far, fit is still good. This really does keep my teeth in check.

Re: OW! My teeth!!!!
I have bruxism and tmj, so much so, that I have cracked two teeth because of it. I wear an occlusal guard that was custom made by my dentist for me to wear at night. It kind of looks like a fancy orthodontal retainer that forces by mouth to be slightly ajar at night. Because of that, however, I wear...

Re: Nasal Pillows versus Face mask, why choose a mask?
I wear a full face because I wear an occlusal guard for my mouth. It keeps my mouth slightly ajar at night. Since I can't close my mouth, not much option there. I could not wear the guard, but with TMJ it helps tremendously there. 1 of this for 1 of that so to speak. I was sampled on everything. We ...

Puerto Rico??
Wow...wouldn't think that it would be causing this many problems. I suspect that they will also be adding in a computer glitch before too long into the reasons.

Re: Uggh - Is this is how it is supposed to feel?
Sorry, thought that I did that already, not sure why that isn't popping in there. I admit that I am not the most technically savvy of individuals. Give me a glue gun and some sparkles and I am in business, but add a computer and I am quite the goober. I have a PR System One REMstar Pro CPAP Machine ...

Uggh - Is this is how it is supposed to feel?
I have a more than dry nose, my face feels raw and is very red, I have the lines that seem to last forever on my face, my nose is killing me, it just plain freaking hurts! Uggh On a positive note, hubby says I have slept, without moving and snoring (of which, I keep saying that I don't snore) the be...

Fitting questions
I am going for my machine pickup and fitting in a few days and I am very excited! What are some questions that I could or should be asking while I am there? At this time, I do not know what type of machine or mask I will be getting, only know that it will be a full mask because of my having to wear ...

Re: Got Your Flu Vaccine Yet?
Hello and good morning! I got my FluMist this morning. I really do not like shots. I have gotten the mist the past four years, and the only thing that I get is a bit of itchy & runny nose that day. I can only get the Mist for a few more years, then I have to get the shot after that. Working at a hos...
